Matchbox Twenty Announces Intimate Los Angeles Show to Launch 30th Anniversary Celebration
Matchbox Twenty is kicking off a yearlong celebration of its 30th anniversary with a special one-night-only performance at Los Angeles' Fonda Theatre on October 12.
The intimate concert will honor three decades of the band’s career and feature songs from its breakthrough 1996 debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You, along with fan favorites that helped define an era of alternative rock. The diamond-certified album spawned enduring hits including “3AM,” “Push,” “Real World,” “Back 2 Good,” and “Long Day.”
Comprised of Rob Thomas, Brian Yale, Paul Doucette, and Kyle Cook, Matchbox Twenty has sold more than 40 million records worldwide and continues to connect with audiences across generations. The anniversary show follows the band’s successful Slow Dream Tour and the release of its latest album, Where The Light Goes, in 2023.
Fans can register for the opportunity to purchase tickets through the band’s ticketing platform, with additional anniversary announcements expected in the coming months.
