La Beaute Fatale Elevates NYFW Today with Richie Rich and RVDK

As New York Fashion Week ends, La Beaute Fatale celebrates their involvement with two impressive designers: Richie Rich and RVDK (Ronald van der Kemp).

La Beaute Fatale supported each show with products from their luxury cosmetics collection all made with high-quality ingredients and no harmful chemicals. Additionally, LBF founder Nev Tomic provided a team of talented makeup artists, to bring the designer’s visionary concepts to life on the runway.
Founded by Nevena Tomic in 2018, La Beaute Fatale, which translates to “The Fatal Beauty” is based on the notion that every woman carries an inner beauty that is powerful, strong and destructive. So each product is developed to enhance the fatal beauty we have within ourselves while maintaining a socially responsible stance in the beauty industry. All products are hypo-allergenic, paraben free, fragrance free, non-comedogenic, allergy tested and cruelty free. Within the first two years of launch, La Beaute Fatale sold over 1.3M units catapulting them to become a top emerging brand in the market.

Supporting Richie Rich and RVDK at NYFW
Richie Rich and RVDK are known for pushing the boundaries of fashion, and La Beaute Fatale was honored to support their creative visions with the brand’s luxury makeup collection.

RVDK (Ronald van der Kemp) Show: RVDK’s commitment to sustainable fashion aligns perfectly with La Beaute Fatale values. The eco-friendly and high-performance products were used to create sophisticated, elegant looks that highlight the intricate details of his couture pieces. The LBF team focused on minimalist, yet striking makeup styles to enhance his sustainable fashion narrative.

LBF provided a team of 7 makeup artists as assistants to support the “Lead” makeup artist Sil Bruinsma. LBF provided an exclusive NYFW Mega Makeup Palette from the cosmetics collection containing over 74 shades perfect for the artists to use. The palette includes blush, powder, bronzer, eyeshadow, glitter, contour cream, lipsticks and lip gloss.

The Look
The beauty look focused on a fresh faced, sunkissed, easy breeze concept while a handful of models had bold and dramatic looks that were colorful with unique artistry. The fresh faced look focused on enhancing the models natural beauty with nude colors on the eyelid and lash line, light blush on the cheeks for the perfect amount of illumination and a medium sheer gloss shade on the lips. By not applying too much color, the goal was to lean into the models own skin tone or lip color as the base of this striking look.

The bold look was dramatic and beautiful with the perfect smokey eye. With strong coverage on the eyelids using bright colors using powder and cream shadows, the shades were taken all the way up to the brow bone for optimal appeal on the runway. The lower lash line contained a complimentary swipe of color to bring the eye shape to life. The lips were strong with matte lipsticks containing minimal shine.
Richie Rich Show: Known for his bold and glamorous designs, Richie Rich’s show featured La Beaute Fatale’s vibrant and high-pigment products to create dazzling, unforgettable looks. LBF makeup artists created stunning, expressive styles that complemented his avant-garde fashion pieces. LBF provided product an exclusive NYFW Mega Makeup Palette from the cosmetics collection containing over 74 shades perfect for the artist to use. The palette includes blush, powder, bronzer, eyeshadow, glitter, contour cream, lipsticks and lip gloss. The team did makeup on VIPs, designers, celebs, etc.
The Look: Leaning into glitters, unique shapes, colored brows and bright blushes there was no shortage of vibrance! Each look was embellished with primary colors to ensure the look popped on the runways. By coloring in eyebrows, to adding drawn on stars to the temple and overlining the lips with glitter lipstick we were able to achieve a “Club Kids” and “Rocket Pop” themed look that would have been seen in the 90’s. With bold and beautiful being the influence of the executed looks, we evenly balanced strong swipes of blush to the cheeks and even drops of liquid illuminators to the face allowing it to take its own natural form.
