What was the inspiration behind ‘Bitch Boss’?
AF: Is there a personal journey to share? Bitch Boss was created to empower professional women who are stressed, misunderstood, overworked and underpaid – and need an outlet to share their experiences with other high powered women.

What is your description of a Bitch Boss?
AF: Influential, successful, driven and dedicated. Sometimes the following applies – You belittle your assistant who orders the wrong coffee, you back-stab your co-worker for getting the credit, you pad your expenses because this year’s bonus couldn’t buy you that Christian Louboutin cork wedge, you’re excited by your closest battery operated pleasure – your Blackberry, and you have twisted fantasies about your male ‘boss’ who calls your dedication “cute” but strolls out of the office at 5:30 to catch the Yankees game.

What are some of the upcoming events that members can look forward to?
To launch the Bitch Boss field network there will be private events to look forward to this Summer at exclusive NYC locations. Stay tuned!
